Finding your new home in southern Napa Valley
Search for your Napa home via our Multiple listing service or call Teri at 707 255-0845 and she will set up a search for you.
Renowned for fine wine tasting rooms and celebrity-chef-driven dining, Napa, Yountville and St. Helena also boast many arts and cultural offerings; hiking, riding and biking trails; golf courses and parks both historical and wild; and solid schools and community college classes for students of all ages.
Full-time and weekend residents also enjoy the wonderful climate, terrific farmers' markets, opportunity for community and home gardening, great library system, and easy access to San Francisco and the East Bay.
Napa, the County Seat, is the Valley's largest city with a population slightly greater than 75,000. It has the widest variety of housing stock and unique neighborhoods from Napa's Victorian Old Town and mid-century Alta Heights to family-friendly Brown's Valley and upscale Silverado Country Club.
The villages of Yountville, pop. 3000+, and St. Helena, pop. nearly 10,000, lie 15 and 30 minutes respectively north of Napa. The housing stock of these two towns is a mix of beautifully maintained vintage homes, vineyard estates, mid-to-high end condos and custom homes.
Commuters may prefer the southernmost town in the Napa Valley -- the newer subdivisions and shopping centers of American Canyon -- where access to I-80 is 10 minutes away.
At the northern end of the Napa Valley, Calistoga -- renowned for volcanic ash and hot spring spas and its slightly Western-flavored downtown -- is handled by specialists in our St. Helena office. Let Teri refer you to an agent there.
